It used to be my go-to, but now I won't be going back. I brought in a delicate ivory white silk top. It had stains near the neck area and under the armpits. The stains by the neck came out beautifully, but the cleaning process introduced pale reddish/dark pink splotches in various areas, as well as some general discoloration. Also, the ironing on the decorative pleating was sloppy. One spot had a brownish spot that looked like someone left an iron there for too long and the pleating there was pressed down too much. I’ve been here once to get (2) target wild fable puffer jackets dry cleaned and I believe I was charged $21 per jacket (which is still pretty high). I went a few days ago and was going to be charged close to $30 per jacket!!!! These are cheaply made, very lightweight jackets and I was shocked. These are jackets I have to have dry cleaned every month er so but this was so unaffordable. This is the jacket I brought in to get cleaned but ended up walking out.

I've been a customer of Spot Cleaners since they opened, I believe in 2006/ 2007. They have been absolutely amazing. I've never had any issues with any of my suits, dress shirts or any clothing that I e dropped off. I recommended them to all of my family and friends hands down.
