“Love this studio! It's clean and nice and their water bottle filling machine has the best water! They have cold scented towels and just create an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly. I love hot yoga here, but their six styles of yoga give something for everyone (from beginners to people who want a full workout!)“

833 W Chicago Ave #600, Chicago“I've been attending Pure Pilates for about two years, and it's been an amazing experience! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and emphasize proper form to keep you safe and healthy. Their Pilates method has helped me recover from a back injury that used to cause constant pain. They have a good mix of mat classes and tower classes, and you can do private or duet reformer lessons as well. I was even able to book a private group class for my friend group! Highly recommend trying Pure Pilates out.“

314 W Institute Pl, Chicago“Amplified has the best instructors ever. Everyone here is very well trained. The studio is the biggest I’ve seen with the most equipment ever. This place is seriously always busy with clients coming in and out and classes happening. I recently got my training done here and I’m so glad I got to choose Amplified out of any other training spots in the city. The knowledge I have learned and will continue to learn has made me grow so much. Angie the owner was wonderful and has helped me through the entire process over a span of 6-7 months. I could not be more grateful for the amount of knowledge and training I’ve gained from Amplified. Seriously the best Pilates studio. Mandie, another master instructor is also amazing. I am will definitely be coming back to continue my personal training and practice and grow as a new instructor. ??“

“I've belonged to many gyms, and have been at many different stages in my fitness and health journey, and no place has felt as welcoming as BodiShak has. I joined about 7 months ago, and have been working on a routine that works for me and my work schedule. I love the variety of classes, and the times they are offered - strength training, HIIT, cycling, yoga, and more! - and every coach I've met and worked with is encouraging, responsive, and invested in your success, pushing you to be your best and providing modifications as needed. I look forward to my classes at BodiShak, and leave each class feeling energized and good about myself - even if I'm exhausted and my muscles are sore and tired afterwards, lol. Toni is fantastic, and has created a vibe that is warm and welcoming, carefully curated and meaningful to smooth workouts.“

1704 N Wells St, Chicago“Love Ab&Flow! I was a long time reformer pilates enthusiast at Equinox with my coach Caitlin. I just started with her at Ab&Flow. First off Caitlin is a life saver nearly a year ago I couldn’t walk due to horrible back pain. Not only has she made the pain disappear but I’m stronger than ever and a Pilates lover for life! The studio’s vibe and atmosphere is so relaxing and warm. The reformers are wonderful and found them to be smoother than spring systems I have used in the past. Located in a cute storefront in Old Town it’s a must for Pilates lovers?“

She is so patient, knowledgeable and keeps things interesting by continuing to introduce new exercises! So grateful that I found her. She has deals for first time customers..give the studio a try!“
“Took advantage of the first time special.
“Full Body Reform” is a higher paced class than I expected, I’d consider difficulty 2/3 out of 5. If you’re new to Pilates I’d suggest a private first.
I’ll try to return. The biggest hurdle is having to book months in advance.“

“I started working with Janell when I was recovering from a back injury and my doctor recommended Pilates. I cannot say enough good things about her talent and expertise; she has an intuitive sense about how your body moves and functions. I don't think injuries are her specialty but she was so helpful in my recovery and helped me love Pilates!“
“Carmel is fantastic. She watches my body and knows what the problems are before I mention them. Her sessions are never "cookie cutter", they are specifically molded to my needs and she recognizes those, often , before I do.“

The studio is small but very cute and clean!“

1016 N Dearborn Pkwy, Chicago“This is one of the best studios in Chicago for strict, Romana (Joseph Pilates protege) based Pilates from former dancers and athletes who have had to accommodate injuries. It’s not just a cosmetic Pilates studio. If you have had a sports injury, or need a true, client centered approach to supplement your physical routine, let Julie and her team take great care of you. And, enjoy the energy of the space.“

Great playlist and a challenging workout to get the weekend started - worth the time, effort, and $.“
“I have found my favorite class! Each instructor has a different style which challenges me to try something new and push my self. The studio has smaller class formats which I enjoy more. Locker/bathroom area is very clean and intimate. I love leaving the class feeling empowered and never too sore that I feel out of commission. Highly recommend“
