Cue Pilates has changed my life. I’ve been training with Tania for four years consistently. She is a classical Pilates instructor who teaches in a way that is easy to understand yet challenging to your physical needs. Tania’s passion and professional knowledge connects me to why I’m fully committed to investing in myself with Pilates Reformer. I feel I’m at my best physically and emotionally when I take time to do Pilates with Tania to reap the immediate and future benefits Tania and Pilates has to offer me. Thanks for everything T!!!
Cue Pilates’ new studio is beautiful - big windows with trees outside, a great location, and plenty of parking.I’m a long time client with a variety of physical issues. I specifically like Cue Pilates’ “traditional” philosophy, emphasizing good form over reps, on both mat and Reformer. The instructors adapt their sessions and cueing to the individual needs of their clients, whether classes are in the studio or virtual via Zoom. They always offer a wide range of modifications for skill level and ability. It’s obvious that they truly care about their clients. I expect to remain a loyal client for a long time.
