The staff is very kind. The tech was great with my kitty. We went over her history and what tests I wanted done. I also explained my budget and they were able to work with me. The only thing I was disappointed with was the follow up. I had to track down her lab results when I was told I would get a call the next day. But over all happy and will continue to go here with my pets. Parking is a nightmare at the Lincoln park location though so be prepared.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Starting with scheduling, it was super easy and they worked with me through the messaging app. We were seen right on time, and the technicians were amazing. My cat was a little wiggle worm and they were able to bring in another tech to help calm her down and we all sang a song to try to calm her down they even bounced her like a baby to help calm her. Amazing!! Dr. Willbright was gentle and so great. I appreciate the staff so much for being so kind and so willing to listen and work with what my pet was giving even if she was a little squirrely.They even put a "we love pippa" on my receipt - sooooo sweet. My dog Moira and I usually frequent the Lincoln Park location, but due to availability of appointments we took a trip to the Rogers Park location. I was glad to see this area for a change. I truly cannot say enough great things about the entire team at Oz. In talking to the techs, I found out that Oz expanded to this location. They even have separate entries for dogs and cats here! All the vets go in between Lincoln Park and Rogers Park, so we get the same great care from Dr Pinhasi, techs, and care coordinators.
