Lebowitz IT service did what I needed to get done, and did it quickly and at a reasonable price. He clearly knows his way around a computer. The only negative review I see on yelp is for someone who was unhappy with a phone conversation- where Lebowitz told him he doesn't repair TV's . This was completely counter to my experience with Lebowitz IT. Friendly and responsive are words I would use to describe my phone and text experience.

I called on a Sunday, he called me back soon, even though he was halfway across the globe on a trip. He discussed with me what was going on with my computer, gave a tentative diagnosis, and then recommended a place near me that he trusts where I can take it. Definitely above and beyond, and I could tell this is someone who both knows their stuff and also knows how to talk to non-computer people patiently while also respecting their intelligence.

Mark Lebowitz is a caring and intuitive IT tech.I was starting to panic after 2 weeks of no wifi in my home. Comcast had run new cable from the pole but when the problem continued, it became my fault, not theirs. I scrambled to find an independent IT contractor and after a few failed attempts, called Lebowitz IT Services. He ran a "ping test" diagnosis on my modem (which I lease from Comcast) and while the signal was strong, there were inconsistencies that could have been enough to interrupt my service. I then insisted Comcast send another tech and sure enough, that was the problem. They actually had to "dumb-down" my modem to an older model that was more tolerant of the inconstancies.I can certainly recommend Mark for any home business IT work.
