I had an issue trying to recharge my laptop. The laptop would not take a charge. I purchased a new charger online and the charger did not work. The company resent me a new charger and that also failed. I took the issue to Universal Tech Solutions where Syad did a diagnostic evaluation on the laptop. I learned that it was not a charger issue, but a problem which needed a few days to repair. Syad was very helpful and indeed knew what the issue was. I would recommend Universal Tech Solutions to troubleshoot my laptop in the future.

I could not keep a charge on my laptop…I brought the laptop into Syed and he did a diagnostic on the unit. He explained that my situation required a new installation of a part that needed to be replaced. Although the situation took more time than I would have planned, the laptop was repaired. It has kept a charge and has not had an issue since…I would highly recommend Syed and his expertise to address any technical issues with your devices. He was spot on and at a very fair price!! PJS

I am amazed at the top-notch quality service that I received at this store. My laptop issue was fixed satisfactorily in a timely manner coupled with the amiable and friendly disposition of the engineer. I couldn't have asked for more.
