I was astonished by the exceptional service and kindness the employees provided for me.They were kind, and never hesitated to suggest recommendations for my skin condition.I was served by Lien who served me twice, and she recommended some items which perfectly suited for my skin.It was worth a visit, and I will revisit in the future.

I went to this location last Sunday and Jennifer was phenomenal !! She was so fun to talk to and was very caring and attentive! She answered all of the questions my friend and I had and was able to recommend different things for us. She was fantastic and I will for sure come back if Jennifer is going to be there! She made the instore experience wonderful!

I went into Kiehl’s to look for a face mask. It is crystal clear that their employees know exactly how to help their customers find not only what they are looking for, but to go above and beyond and recommend other products to use along with the one that the customer is considering buying. I was helped today by a friendly sales person who showed me all kinds of amazing products, including a wonderful face mask and serums and moisturizers to try for my daily and nightly care.
