My first experience with buying blinds. I had so many questions the the salesperson Diana, was super patience with me. I bought blinds in my office workspace. The process start to finish was concise, efficient with a lot of feedback. Everyone, including was surprised how much we liked them and what they brought to the room. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

I got a written quote for 4 windows from them and was initially going to sign without getting other quotes. When I requested the paperwork to sign, the amount was almost 2k more that what was on the written quote. I think it was a mistake, but it soured me on the entire process and now I'm getting other quotes before I decide.The owner responded right away to my email to them and they honored the quote. They have the best prices that I’ve seen.
