My building recently had work done on one side of our building. Sam from Shield Masonry was quick to reach out and schedule an in person estimates. Many of the other companies only called and asked for pictures... So it was very satisfying that he took the time to come by and assess things in person.When it came time to have the actual work done, the team showed up on time each day. They worked hard and were efficient with their time and movements. They cleaned up after each day so things weren't in total disarray and they did a thorough clean up upon completion. Sam and his team did an amazing job with a number of projects at our house. We had a punchlist of several masonry and roofing-related items that needed to be taken care of after we bought our house, including rebuilding part of a concrete walkway, tuckpointing brick walls, replacing a termination on a flat roof, and sealing masonry / walkways. Sam's team handled of this work in a professional manner with great communication, including answering all of the questions that we had upfront, and following up after a couple months to finish some work that could not be initially completed. We're looking forward to working with Shield again in the future.
