“Just like the review from Rishi below, it was my unit that had the fire in the building. Jordan showed up at my condo the morning after the fire and helped calm me down and told me everything would be ok. Part of this had to do with the fact I just remodeled my bathroom and kitchen that spring, and now the floors and walls had to be gutted because of the smoke and water damage. He walked me through my condo and told me what they would be doing and how they would do it. He explained how most contractors would just re-paint the walls (to save money) instead of tearing the walls down to replace the insulation - since the smoke smell penetrates all the way in there). It was details like this that made me appreciate Jordan's honesty. He is not looking to make a buck. He is looking to have a happy client, that in return will lead to referrals. And that is what he has received from me. Any friends I have - I tell them to call Jordan - because his crew does it all. Painting, wood floors, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, etc. Jordan and his crew are professional and do not BS you about anything. This is a true rarity in the contracting world, being I had to deal with many contractors during my condo's remodel. What I liked the most was that Jordan was easy to get a hold of. I had many questions, and Jordan responded in less than 12 hours (usually within a few hours). Now that is customer service. I trusted his crew so much, that I did not go look at my condo for the two months it was being worked on. The one star off the 5 star review is for quality of workmanship. I take part of the blame, since if I checked in during the two months, I would have caught some things that would need to be addressed (painting of walls had seams and uneven strokes, for example). Another bonus is his crews clean-up SO well after they leave your place for the day. In fact, my condo was much cleaner each day they were there - I would leave it with a minor mess, and I would come home to vacuumed floors and furniture put back. Again - not major - but it is these small things that make a difference. But in the world of contracting - these guys are top notch. Support a stellar local business, Jordan and his team will not disappoint.“

And they installed for us a new kitchen sink. All work was performed at a high level of quality. “I am super impressed by the skills, expertise, and services provided by Koach Handyman Inc.I needed 2 TVs (65in and 45in) mounted in my high-rise, which is drywall plus metal plate. They completed both under an hour. But, what I was most impressed with is the expert skills proven in their work. They used their own screws, which were right for my walls not the manufacturers, to hang it, and also was able to ensure 100% satisfaction with double checkig their work, leveling, and confirming with me placement on wall before putting it up. I have had this service done 3-4 times with various vendors, and they were BY FAR the best.
