I contacted Norbert to repair my ceiling and some walls which were damaged by a water leak, as well as fixing a leaky sink.\\n\\nNorbert was very responsive when I contacted Chicago Handy. he came over the same day to assess the damage and gave me a quote. His team came in just a couple of days later and the transformation is unbelievable! The holes were patched and painted, and the team even matched the paints on my walls and ceilings. Chicago Handy is great. I own a Handyman business in Arizona and I needed some help with a tenant in one of my rental units in Chicago. Chicago Handy was extremely responsive. They also made suggestions where my tenant could've fixed the problem and we could've not paid them. It wasn't in their best interest, but it was in my best interest. However, they recommended that just because they thought that was the right thing to do. When they went to the rental unit because my tenant couldn't fix it, they were efficient and professional. I can't recommend them enough. If you need a handyman in Chicago, I suggest reaching out to them

I have been trying for weeks to figure out how to stop my dog from opening the door to my apartment and leaving. With limited ability to modify the door/door handle as a renter and a big dog who overpowers traditional baby proofing, I was at my wits' end. I called Chicago Handy and Norbert was able to help me come up with a temporary solution over the phone just by looking at pictures I sent and also gave me next steps (which he'll help me with) to come up with a permanent solution. I'm so relieved and so grateful for his help--especially on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend getting in touch with them!
