They have variety of wellness services - Infrared Sauna, cryotherapy etc.I booked my infrared sauna for the 4th time through ClassPass. It’s not very expensive and good value for-money service.They don't have shower room after Sauna so just go prepared.
What a great experience. First time trying Cryotherapy and look forward to continuing. The staff is fabulous. They walked me through every step of the procedure with great explanation of how the treatment works. Highly recommend.
I have been using their Infrared sauna for years. Lindsey is an amazing business owner that is always welcoming and accommodating. I have been to a lot of IR saunas and this is by far the best and hottest (important) that I have found.
