AMAZING service. I've lived in Chicago for 7 years now and by far Gen Cleaners is one of the best in town! Super quick turnaround and they alter every single dress / anything I bring to perfection. I've recommended them many times before and they never disappoint. The first time I went to them I needed a dress alteration for a wedding and they took care of it in 24 hours!
