“I have been getting treated by the Opalite machines that has completely removed the redness and tendency to get styes in my eyes! It's kind of a modern miracle. I had dry eye syndrome and blepharitis. They used to tell me bleferitus has no cure you can only control it. This optilite Machine is the closest thing to a cure for blood Raitis the redness along my eyelids is gone the clogged pours in my eyes lids are gone, I don't look like a guy with inflamed eyes anymore. “This was my second visit to this location. My sight has gotten continually worse since my mid 40's unfortunately. I first saw Dr. Malgorzata Kiwacz, OD about a year ago and scheduled with her again this past visit. She is a great doctor and looked into everything with my diabetic issues. The whole team in the office was fantastic and helped me pick out the proper frames that would fit and look proper. Once the my prescription sunglasses arrived they called me and got me in on the very first appointment and adjusted the frame for me to fit perfectly. I also ordered another set of lenses for my regular frame. They fit the frame for me while they adjusted the sunglasses and as soon as the lenses arrived they got them into the frame and they shipped out UPS the same day. I am so grateful I can see crystal clear now. Great teamwork from top to bottom at this location. I highly recommend for all your eyecare needs.“

“Solo provides a very high level of care. My challenging eye problems include poor eye coordination and Glaucoma, My eye doctor sends me to Silo for lens prescriptions. Solo worked for almost two hours to get the right prescriptions at my last visit. in addition to this level of care, Solo has a better selection of designer frames than most stores, and the cost at Solo for lens production is competitive. I have done the comparison shopping.“

“I'm not one to write reviews or go out of my way to do so, but this place is truly special. I was suspicious of all of the 5/5 stars with no negative feedback in today's marketing-centric world, but it truly lives up to the hype. Exceptionally trained optometrist, there's a very intentional reason for everything that happens during the basic appointment, all for the sake of giving the client the most personalized and nuanced experience possible. He will sit down with you and explain every detail, for as long as you wish! (as someone who is quite curious definitely was a huge plus haha). This is the VIP vision service, akin to what I envision what happens when you go to a high end custom-tailored suit boutique. Picking out frames is a fashion experience, which is met with excitement and wanting you to look as good as possible. The overwhelming genuineness and interest to make you happy and walk away with a pseudo-heirloom was so suspicious that I kept constantly being overwhelmed that there must be some underlying malicious motivation, but there wasn't any! The staff literally pivoted as you pivoted, never felt pressure just pure passion. So refreshing. It's not cheap, but that's like comparing it to budget high attrition brands/shops or subsidized corpo locations like Walmart/Target/Costco etc who just see you as a number or push whichever thing/highest margin they care about that quarter. But you don't go here for that, those serve a different purpose. You'd never compare a Prius with a Ferrari. But you do appreciate that somehow you're getting a finely tuned Ferrari for half the cost of what it's worth. Truly made me feel like I'm worth it. Stockholm syndrome to the max, protect this place at all costs. 10/10“

“I walked into Price Optical randomly after doing a walk for better health. I went in to see if they took my insurance and if so, make an appointment. They verified my insurance and took me in the same day. The optometrist explained in detail my eye issues (I love to be educated) and gave me options. A week later, I had my eyewear. I received a text and an email. My previous optometrist that does all the high end frames doesn't do that. I noticed the treatment of all the patients and prospective patients as they went in and out; they were all treated respectfully. My only recommendation for Price Optical is for the staff to wear name tags &/or introduce themselves. I assumed the doctor was Doctor Price but there were no introductions throughout my process. The service otherwise exceeded my expectations. Good job!!!“
