“Al is the rare contractor that can take completely unspoken, unexpressed ideas that are in your mind and bring them to reality on a project. He was very patient with my need to double and triple-check leveling, and overall was a joy to work with.

“I contacted Gralak Construction after doing a Google search. I read all the positive reviews and quickly sent an online request for a free quote. Response time was quick! Rado called and we set up an appointment. I own a four unit rental property which was in need of tuck-pointing. It's a tall building, and at times, it's been difficult finding contractors equipped to do the work. Rado did not rush the appointment. He spent an hour with me, maybe a little more. He took his time inspecting the building's exterior and answering my gazillion questions! I received his estimate, and may I say, Rado's was the most comprehensive! It was very detailed, which I appreciate. I received five estimates and in the end, it was down to Gralak and one other company. I compared their credentials, years in business, positive reviews, etc. This girl appreciates these details. My decision was difficult, as both companies offered what I was looking for. “Finding a reputable roofer out of thousands can be overwhelming. I selected Jack (Jacek) Lekarczyk, owner of J.L. Contractor Services LTD, out of five (5) proposals. They were the only contractor with expertise in both roofing and exterior home improvement. Their “scope of work” was meticulously detailed. Their prices were transparent, to fully disclose all costs.My project began mid-December and required intricate work on the structural frameworks of my brick home and brick garage. Jack deployed multiple teams of “master craftsmen” in roofing, carpentry, aluminum, windows etc, in anticipation of Chicago’s unpredictable weather. Each day, crews arrived an hour early, by 7:00 am, and seemed to work nonstop until the job was done.Visually, it was a spectacular job-site with complex scaffolding and industrial equipment.
