“The whole experience start to finish of having a radon mitigation system by Midwest Radon Services was overall a very positive one. The two technicians, Carlton and Dave, arrived as scheduled and on time on the day of installation. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions or concerns I had. My home is over 90 yrs old so some things were an obstacle like the electrical and wiring for the system outside. But Carlton made an incredible clean electrical install where there were no unsightly wires or cables running outside and inside the house. They even repaired a light fixture for me which was a nice and much appreciated surprise. They took their time to answer any and all questions I had as well as fully explained how the system works after work was completed. He works with his father, Robert, and everyone on the team were good workers with an attention to details. Tom, the tiler, was pleasant to have around, and took pride in his work. Bart helped me pick out new up to date quarter round and even installed quarter round in the kitchen and island so the entire baseboards kept the same look. “I had a very pleasant experience with Square Exteriors which included tearing off two layers of old siding, installing Hardie board siding, leaf guards, new storm doors and lighting. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. They delivered everything as promised and communicated any issues along the way. Having an older home, I knew there would be some rotten wood, which they showed me and also photographed and attached to the invoice. We did a walkthrough of the entire project after completion to ensure I had no concerns. Their prices were transparent, to fully disclose all costs.My project began mid-December and required intricate work on the structural frameworks of my brick home and brick garage. Jack deployed multiple teams of “master craftsmen” in roofing, carpentry, aluminum, windows etc, in anticipation of Chicago’s unpredictable weather. “Vesta did a great job replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage from a large storm last spring. Anthony came and performed an initial inspection and showed me the extent of damage. He was very pleasant to deal with and he and his team handled everything with my insurance company-Allstate He handed off to Jeremy who went over the project financials. They secured approval and obtained the roofing materials in a very timely fashion. There was some questions from the insurance company about the gutter replacement, but Anthony came back and reinspected and insured that the claim was amended and my gutters were fully covered. Project Managers Ronnie and Danny remained in contact throughout the entire project. They kept me informed and saw that everything was completed satisfactorily.“
