Never underestimate the power of a good tailor! I started going here on the suggestion of my mother. She had taken several things there to be adjusted for herself and my grandma and he has done a great job. So when I started going there it was no surprise that he did a wonderful job with my things as well. And the prices are so reasonable I can afford to buy slightly big things and get it adgusted to fit. Love it! I've gotten a dress adjusted, swim suit fixed, jump suit tailored and new zippers. Its great :)

Okay, I would like to start off by saying, the address to this place isn't exactly accurate. Como's is on Wilcox and Pulaski, on the East side of the street. It's pretty hidden, so pay attention. I took a halter, bridesmaid dress to Como to be altered in the top and shorten the straps because it was too big there. I also needed material put in front of the dress because it plunged too low. When I returned to get the dress, the straps were perfect, but there wasn't enough material on the front. Abel (I'm assuming the owner) said cool, and told me to come back in the morning and it would be fixed. When I returned, the dress was PERFECT! It fit me beautifully and I had to verbally tell this guy how much I loved him and I would be back. They only take cash, so come prepared. Alterations were priced reasonably according to folks I asked. $55 for everything because he had to open up the dress. I will definitely go to him for my alteration needs.
