“Frank was great and trustworthy! We called for a plumbing emergency where we had sewer water coming up in our basement. He came out in about an hour, cleared our pipes like others have done in the past, but took it a step further to figure out why it was happening using a camera. He showed us that our home pipes broke off from the public sewer. This was all on a Tuesday, and Frank worked with our town and county and fixed our major issue by Friday! “Our whole family has been using MN&NP for 15+ years now. My mom had water leaking from the second floor through the first floor ceiling. After a few tests, TJ was able to diagnose the problem, explained it thoroughly in a way anyone can understand, locate the parts and replace it all in the same day. There was a possibility of a return trip to replace, if he was unable to pick up the parts the same day, but the same day worked out. They are always fast and responsive. “Had an issue with water pressure in my home. Jake came out an hour later and found that it was an old pressure tank that went bad. Replaced it along with a new switch and gauge. Just within a few hours of me calling him he was able to get our water working. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. “I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. In my frustration and desperation, I called Mark, and I’m so glad I did.
Mark showed up promptly, assessed the situation with professionalism, and got straight to work.
