Samantha and Dennis were so great to work with! Setting up an appointment was so easy and we received a quote right away. Samantha also took the time to tell me about the products they use and their process. During the cleaning, they took great care around our home and didn’t miss a spot! I walk around barefoot and even though it’s been a week since the carpets were clean, I am still so pleasantly surprised how soft and fresh it feels under my feet! They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, came prepared with the right materials, and did a fantastic job. They vacuumed up the glass on the balcony and ground, as well as the living room floor where some shards had landed from people walking through the room. I express the utmost appreciation for Joe Pacella and the HydroForce Team for their expertise, guidance, professionalism and above all friendliness. In my condo a fire sprinkler water line break flooded the entire unit with 2" water. Within an hour of my call that freezing evening (Jan 17th) they were on the job evacuating water and started full water remediation the very next day. Because of their fast action; no mold growth started as compared to another condo unit that had a similar freeze break and remediation didn't start for almost a week. Very impressed with the quantity of equipment they used to dry out the condo & demo of drywall & flooring.
