We've been using Novy Doors and Windows for our doors and windows since 2004. Over the last 2 years they replaced our exterior doors and storm doors. The quality of their workmanship and the quality of their products are first class. I can easily give them a five star review and my highest recommendation.
I have used Walter and his son a few different times for both interior and exterior painting. They do a wonderful job, taking the time to prep before and clean up after. The quality of the work is always high quality and they offer excellent value. Looking to use them again soon for some wainscoting work!
We had Giovanni as our tech. He was extremely professional, made sure he cleaned up after his work and saved us a bunch of money because he found a small issue after other companies said we need a new furnace.
I had tiles replaced in my bathroom some years ago and had my tub finished and painted but the handyman who did smeared grout all over the tiles and the paint in my tub became stained very quickly. My bath and shower area was an eyesore for many years. I recently hired a different handyman who did a great job removing all the grout and saving the tiles. Since I have only one bathroom, I didn't want a lengthy and expensive bathtub replacement. I told this handyman I wanted a good company to install a liner over my tub. He recommended Phoenix Bathtub Replacement in Cicero. I was so happy I called. Denise quoted me a price and set up a time to have Ed come out and take measurements. Ed did a great job though he had to deal with one of my cats who chased the laser measuring device that Ed was using. Ed called me into the bathroom and I move the cat to another room. I was told two weeks until the delivery and installation of the liner but it was only a week and a half. Denise called me to set up that appointment to have Mike come out to install the liner. Mike came out on Friday, October 29 and was done in only two hours! I was given instructions on how to clean and care for the liner. It looks great! I love my new look bath and shower! Great rental experience. Great customer service from start to finish. The portable restrooms were very clean and very affordable. They dropped off the night before our event, which was awesome! No added stress. I will definitely rent again from them.

After replacing my sliding door with different company and not having very nice experience with installers I did a long research on who will I use for my front door replacement. I am glad I used Valdicass. My sales rep Obed is very knowledgeable and honest, he made entire process super easy. Everything he promised he was able to deliver. The install was done by Jesse and Danny. Very professional and clean. After they left the house you could not even say that they were there. New door looks great. Keith is professional, honest, highly knowledgeable, diligent, and responsive. He provided excellent communication throughout these projects. We teased him about setting our clocks based on his precise arrival for meetings. Keith guided us to windows which have proven to insulate our home exceptionally well, while quieting the house significantly. The unexpected happened. An accident left me with 2 broken ankles and a crushed Tibial plateau. No weight bearing at all for 6 weeks. Jim Wiginton was dealt a broken arm. After surgery and rehab we were able to be home, but how would we take care of ourselves? Laima Aleksa , my friend, Zumba instructor, and Social Service Worker with Cantata Adult Life Services knew exactly how to help us. She informed our mutual friends what had happened and when they asked how they could help, Laima suggested that if they would want to contribute to a fund set up at Cantata Home Services, Jim and I could use Cantata Home Services that would be beneficial to us. We decided that help with meals was our major concern. Laima arranged for Dan Urban, Director of sales and Marketing with Cantata Adult Life Services, to contact me to explain the procedure. Dan called and explained the process and answered all of my questions. Dan emails the menu for lunch and dinner for the next week on Wednesdays. We email back what meals we would like to have for the next week. Jim and I have been ordering 2 dinners for 1 or 2 times a week . These meals are not only tasty, well balanced and healthy, but are also delivered to our door by a Cantata employee with a smile! Once our gift account is used, we are able to set up our own account to continue service we might want. This gift has been a blessing, a comfort and very important to our healing process and well being.

Had a haircut and beard trim with Jen C. and she did an amazing job! She was very thorough and I can tell she went the extra mile with my beard and checked in with me each step of the way during the haircut and trim to make sure it was what I wanted. The shop atmosphere itself is pleasing too and the other staff member that was there was kind, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I noticed the reviews actually involving plumbing work are all 5 stars. The others are all 1-star, involving no one calling back- haha. It’s the company not interested in your business— not going to make them money and/or you’re a pain-in-the-@ss customer. One bad review was the guy blowing a stop sign— If I have a busted pipe flooding my kitchen ceiling, I want someone to safely blow a stop sign and get here

Wow. Our floors were so stained and discolored and gross! Now, they look brand new. We appreciated working with Perfect Image because of their consistent and professional communication and because our floors look incredible! Cannot recommend Bluder’s tree service enough. They cut down and removed a 100+ foot oak tree from our backyard. Space was tight but they worked their magic to get in and take it down in record time. Crew were highly professional, extremely communicative, and left no trace they or the tree was ever there.

Easily the best Dental experience of my life...and I'm old as dirt! Dr. Dan and his team are amazing. Not many care providers take the time summarizing your insurance benefits before you walk into the door (during new patient intake), rather from my experience you get a big surprise/bill at the end of service. That was my first indication that I was dealing with something new/better. The friendliness of the staff I attribute not only to great hires but to a trickle-down genuine kindness from the Dentist, Dr. Dan. I get very nervous about dental visits in my 51st year on this planet but my anxiousness quickly dissolved when meeting Dr. Dan, instead absorbing his calm, friendly, and confident demeanor. Leaps and bounds better than any dentist I've experienced. Thank you Dr. Dan & Team, you guys ROCK!!!
