The unexpected happened. An accident left me with 2 broken ankles and a crushed Tibial plateau. No weight bearing at all for 6 weeks. Jim Wiginton was dealt a broken arm. After surgery and rehab we were able to be home, but how would we take care of ourselves? Laima Aleksa , my friend, Zumba instructor, and Social Service Worker with Cantata Adult Life Services knew exactly how to help us. She informed our mutual friends what had happened and when they asked how they could help, Laima suggested that if they would want to contribute to a fund set up at Cantata Home Services, Jim and I could use Cantata Home Services that would be beneficial to us.
