“During my siding project, water damage was found below the fireplace vent. Nordine's came highly recommended as a reputable business that can quickly get fireplaces and parts. So I called and talked to Tony. He came out and assessed everything. He let me know what parts were still available on the market and which ones were not. He also got me up to speed with current codes for fireplaces.

Tony did an excellent job working not only with me but also with the siding crew. This helped me to make informed decisions that would be cost effective for the long-term, saving me $$$$.

Tony presented a variety of options with pros, cons, capabilities, and limitations. In doing so, I was able to select the best option that gave me more than I had before but also didn't involve breaking the bank. I selected the Heat & Glo 8K with Serene Jute Refactoring and the remote control.

The price point was very competitive based on my research.

Installation occurred on time as originally planned and scheduled. Order occurred on Tuesday, Aug 6th, arrived at their shop on Monday, Aug 12th, and it was installed on Aug 13th.

The installation crew did a phenomenal job. Kept the house clean even while making minor fitting adjustments. They also ran me through all the operations and recommended maintenance to keep it running strong for 30 yrs to come. They were professional, polite, helpful, and did excellent teamwork with the siding crew.
