Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. “Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. That may seem like something small to some, but it was a big deal to me. How did this happen? My drain totally stopped draining and I was stuck with standing water in the tub. We tried the usual plunging with no results. I knew this was going to take more knowledge than Bob and I had for encouraging the drain to function. My water needs to be replaced soon and he gave me all of my options without trying to oversell me. I would never use another plumbing company in this area because the service is so incredible with them. I cannot recommend enough.“
