This company is very polite, & has excellent service , prices ate responsible and the service person came out in the evening, he as very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their service.
I had my furnace and my daughters furnace checked and cleaned. Gerry did an amazing job, explaining to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was totally impressed with his attention to detail as well as his taking pictures during the process. He took his time and didn't rush through anything. I'm extremely satisfied with all the work that was performed and look forward to working with Chicagoland Heating, Cooling and Plumbing powered by King in the future.
Jerry, my technician, was very knowledgeable and educated me about what I was working. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Tested everything before he left and gave me the diagnosis and recommendation to fix problem.
