“I contacted Brilliant Plumbers and spoke with Nick, to schedule a consultation. Upon the appointment date, Nick arrived in a timely manner and appeared in a professional manner. After a thorough assessment, he determined the source of my plumbing issue efficiently. He created a plan of action to correct the issue, advised of the necessary steps (which included traveling to multiple stores in a vast radius, if the local stores were without the required parts) and provided more than one option. “I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. “Want to share my experience with Liam from Glennon Plumbing. Needed to change a no freeze outside spigot. With no inside shut-off valve, Liam shut off main water valve. Liam then remove old spigot but had to remove a 12 inch square opening in drywall to install the new spigot to the existing water pipe. The debris was all cleaned up and no leaks. Liam was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Job done well!“

After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed.
