We had raw sewage coming up in the basement and Mark came out within 1/2 hour and very quickly rodded the main line and had water flowing. Highly recommend Neptune and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

GREAT Customer Service. We called at least 8 places during a heavy storm to come assist us. Mark was the only one who called us back and was super efficient in follow up. He took care of our septic tank quickly and with efficiency and professionalism. We are return customers. Thank you.

I used them in 2019 to clean out the catch basin and today to unclog the main sewer line during freezing temps and snow. No issues, no problems with service and work was done well. I will use them again when needed.
