If it wasn’t for Alyssa and Noel’s dedication and one on one time with me I would not be able to walk. I’m truly thankful for their hard work and patience with me. I highly recommend Alpha for their five star service!!!!“

They definitely know what they are doing and even manage to make the sessions enjoyable. They are very good at explaining the reasons for each treatment and they do not extend the visits beyond what is useful to the patient. Cannot recommend them enough.“

She specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and was very good at explaining the whole process and making me comfortable with it. Desi also provided me with exercises that I can continue to do at home to maintain the improvement I've made. Gina, the receptionist, and other staff members are very friendly. It was a very positive experience.“

10356 Roosevelt Rd, Westchester“my mother has been coming to Form for about 3 months now and she’s in the best physical therapy care possible. She was previously referred to another physical therapist during most of 2023 and there’s a huge difference in therapists. Her pain has been better managed and she’s been helped a great deal in such little time. Karly and Kevin do an amazing job with patient care as well as making the whole place feel lively and it’s absolutely up to good standards. Anyone who visits them is in safe and trusted hands.“

2731 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago“I highly recommend In Motion PT and I can't thank Dr. Lauren Schnidman enough. For over a month I was unable to raise my right arm higher than shoulder level. My mobility was limited to less than 20% of what it was before (e.g., brushing hair, lifting my kids, reaching up in any direction). My symptoms mimicked a torn rotator cuff but without the pain. It was bizarre; even my PC doctor at Northwestern assumed it was a partially torn rotator cuff. It was my second appointment when Lauren asked me to perform a few additional tests because she felt something didn't add up. After the third test, she discovered that I had in fact a pinched nerve (C4/C5). Over the course of 6 weeks I continued therapy, followed her at home instructions, and made a full recovery. She is truly amazing. Thank you Dr. Schnidman!“

They were very accommodating with scheduling, very knowledgeable and thorough with my program, and flexible based on my progress. Tyler was my therapist for most of my sessions, and I genuinely felt he had a good grasp of when to push forward and when to hold back. I also appreciated the friendliness and overall chill vibe of the staff, which made it pleasant to come to each session.“

1 Riverside Rd Unit 107, Riverside“I have used this place twice and they have provided top notch physical therapy sessions:The first time was for rotator cuff surgery recovery last summer. My physical therapist, Jillian Thompson got me back to pre-injury shape. It starts with a thorough assessment of my condition and desired end goal. She then put together sessions and exercises for home that delivered full range of motion. throughout the process she benchmarked my progress weekly and made adjustments as needed. I'm happy to report that 9 months later, my shoulder continues to work as designed with no pain! The second time was for lower back pain. An MRI identified the causes as a combination of Stenosis, Scoliosis and arthritis. This time over two months, she worked with me to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility. Given what she had to work with, me, she did wonders.I highly recommend Centre Physical Therapy, all their physical therapists take time to understand your specific issue(s) and then design a set of sessions to address the issue(s).Additionally, the Riverside location administrator, Lori is great to work with in scheduling sessions. One hopes not need physical therapy however when one does, it's nice to have a place like Centre available.“

“I have been a customer of Maria approx. two and a half years. She is a highly professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful lady. Maria has cured the arthritis in my knees, hands, and swelling in my feet. This past week she performed a Lymphatic Drainage Massage on my arms and chest after a week long illness of sinus, ear, and upper respiratory infections (I cont. w/meds. also).3 hrs. layer a tremendous amount of yellow fluids started to drain from my sinus area for about 30 min. I immediately rinse my sinuses and felt much release.“
