Great experience at this office of IBJI. Everyone was very friendly and receptive to my questions and concerns. I will be returning to the Western Springs office for my Physical Therapy needs.
Excellent care provided by Kelsey Egger, PT, DPT. My initial evaluation was very thorough, informative, & enjoyable. I'm looking forward to all sessions as the facility is excellent; I've been there a few times & I highly recommend the IBJI team.
Excellent, kind, very helpful and thorough in their pre-evaluation for my up coming surgery. I'm looking forward to working with them again after this second knee replacement in February.
