“Want to share my experience with Liam from Glennon Plumbing. Needed to change a no freeze outside spigot. With no inside shut-off valve, Liam shut off main water valve. Liam then remove old spigot but had to remove a 12 inch square opening in drywall to install the new spigot to the existing water pipe. The debris was all cleaned up and no leaks. Liam was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Job done well!“

“I contacted numerous plumbers one night when my tub was clogged. Victor was the only person that guaranteed he would get me someone that night, as I was in a panic. That night he got the water to go down and came back the next day to pump, fix a leaky faucet, and hilariously pulled a toy out that was clogging the drain. Amazing plumber, quick, great attitude. Highly recommend.“

“I cannot thank Mark enough for coming to my rescue when another company (Ace Plumbing) in Brookfield left me in a bind. After Ace Plumbing attempted to clear my sewer line using their fancy overpriced hydrojetter (3 times more than Mark’s price), they left me with a still-clogged sewer line full of tree roots. This was after assuring me that their hydrojetter was superior to a rodder and their work was 100% guaranteed. The second time Ace came out (under warranty) they told me I needed a full replacement of the pipe which was many, many thousands of dollars and Ace Plumbing told me they couldn't clear the clog. In my frustration and desperation, I called Mark, and I’m so glad I did.
Mark showed up promptly, assessed the situation with professionalism, and got straight to work. Unlike Ace Plumbing, Mark took the time to understand the root of the problem (literally!) and used the right tools and techniques to clear the blockage thoroughly. “I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (She's very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake. Mike, at Preferred Plumbing took my call, was very personable and polite, and scheduled service with a Plumber at my door within an hour! Plumber Russ arrived, was very polite & friendly, and went to work. This was a stubborn clog which took him multiple attempts. THREE TIME'S A CHARM! Thank the Lord and Plumber Russ, I was getting a bit nervous! Russ also did a great job cleaning-up after his work. It was a big project and they did a phenomenal job! From the beginning they showed extensive knowledge and experience in this type of repair.
