“I was very disappointed to see that herzberg optical had such a low star rating. Yelpers are always seemingly quick to anger as most of the time the most significant event remembered by most are the negative ones. Make no mistake, Dr. Herzberg is an exceptional optometrist as well as a pioneer, with credentials to back this claim. And though his staff may be snarky at times, you can hopefully hold your own in a battle of whits. I guess if you can't, write a poor Yelp review. I have never, ever been disappointed by the service they've given me, and they have my gratitude for restoring my sight. If you want an eye doctor that is both professional and personable, as well as a staff that is clever and interesting, I suggest none other than Dr. Herzberg and his office.“
