The best optical place around hands down! I've only been going here for 3 years but they have made a lasting impression and will continue to have my business for years to come. Eunice is absolutely the nicest, she even sends out birthday cards! They do great and fast work here and it makes ll the difference from just being good to being great, and Naperville Optical is great!Than you for excellent service.
Exceptional customer service. I described the style of frames I wanted and Eunice pulled maybe 8 pairs for me to try. Turned out the very first pair she recommended were perfect! My new progressive lens prescription was spot on accurate. Highly recommend.
They are very helpful with picking out frames from the biggest selection I've ever seen. You can tell them what you are looking for, and they will take their time and pull frames until you find the perfect pair. I will never go anywhere else. I'm an artist and like brighter, more colorful frames and they have plenty to choose from.I also like you can get your eye exam there and they do a good job.
