Today. I went to Target - Warrenville, IL to pick out some prescription glasses. Megan one of the opticians was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting the appropriate frame for my prescription and facial structure. After picking out a frame; getting measurements and paying, upon leaving the store I had second thoughts about my choice of frame. I returned to the store and advised Megan I wanted my initial choice of frame. Megan did not miss a beat, she processed the change, took measurements with this new frame and provided the necessary changes with a smile on her face. Just had my first experience with Target Optical in Warrenville and I'm genuinely impressed! Going into a department store for optical needs felt a bit unconventional at first, but boy, did they deliver on all fronts. The level of service and professionalism here has definitely won me over for future visits.Not long after I got my new glasses, I noticed a small issue – one of the lenses kept popping out. A bit anxious, I returned to the store. The staff were super understanding and found that the lens was cut slightly too small for the frame.
