“You guys need to use Clean Air in Polk City for all your vent cleaning services! Our dryer has been shutting off after running for 7 mins because it is getting too hot so I had them come out to clean the vent in hopes that will correct the issue. He was here and gone in 10 mins! Hoping it works but the service was unmatched! We will be calling them to give our whole home vents a cleaning in the spring! Give them a call!!!“

“Royce went above and beyond. My water heater got tripped over the weekend and Royce was out Monday afternoon. He explained what happened and what I can do in the future to avoid a service charge for a simple fix. He then asked me if I had any other concerns. I told him my bathroom leaks into my basement. He throughly examined and explained why that was happening. He then gave me options of remodeling the bathroom, and gave me tips how I could replace my toilet on my own. A wonderful being, and not a greedy one.

His manager Derrek followed up with reasonable payment plans and low interest rates. Derrek even knocked almost $200 off the remodel cost since his crew needed work.
