Our technician, Phillip, came out to check our fireplace. We just had a part replaced a little over a month ago, and a couple weeks later our fireplace would shut off and come back on after about 30 seconds. He explained why, that it is a designed safety feature when there is not enough airflow in the room. I so much appreciated his explaining.
They came out to do routine maintenance/check on the fireplaces. They cleaned and checked everything, explained the process and cleaned up afterwords. Will know more next winter when we run the fireplaces consistently if we have any issues, but was happy with of service so far.
Our technician was wonderful. He gave us great hints and discussed our fireplace problem effectively. He was careful of our floors and cleaned up well. He was very personable besides being knowledgeable!
