John, Brayton, and Carson were fantastic to work with this week. John came out for a normal furnace maintenance appointment. He noticed cracks (and showed them to me) in the heat exchanger of my furnace. With this in mind and it being 12 years old, he suggested to replace it.Our AC unit was 17 years old and was on tail-end of life too, which meant we needed to look into replacing that as well.
