“My husband and I moved into the sunridge estates community about a month ago with our two children. We got into a brand new unit for rent. April was amazing at helping us pick what would work for us and explained the program they have of purchasing after renting. My husband and I were nervous to make this move as we needed to sell our stick built home and down size in order for me to be able to stay at home with our preemie. April (God bless her ) has taken the time to answer our 1000 questions we had! The owner has been pleasant as well taking the time to come introduce himself. All the employees here at flummerfelt have been wonderful. My husband and I also enjoy the community! Our neighbors are so nice. Every neighbor we have interacted with has introduced themselves and welcomed us! I also love the fact people are background checked before being approved. Much different than living in a stick built where you don't know what Jo blow from down the road is up to. I have a sense of security with this aspect. The 2nd day we lived in our stick built my car was broken into. What issues did I have with flummerfelt community my 2nd night? The answer is 0! My husband and I are so thankful we got the opportunity to be here. We are excited to decorate our yard and make it look beautiful! If you are on the fence about moving to a trailer park like we were I highly encourage you to look here and put aside any judgment. These communities are beautiful and not your run of the mill slum. You won't regret it!“
