“Barb Wiedenman & Associates are great! We asked Barb if she would represent us knowing that she has been living in the same community for years and is a very active part of it. She came into our home and IMMEDIATELY starting complimenting us on the condition and appearance of it putting much of our concern at ease. Sign of a professional that really cared about us. She made some suggestions about staging for photo's but kept it simple and the photographer was great! Barb answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was VERY supportive of the effort we put into readying our home for market. We were anxious as we had purchased another home out of state a couple of months prior to our listing and were hoping for a quick sale. We priced our home in line with the neighborhood and at a price that we could work with. It hit the listing at around 4pm on Friday June 9.
