Barb Wiedenman & Associates are great! We asked Barb if she would represent us knowing that she has been living in the same community for years and is a very active part of it. She came into our home and IMMEDIATELY starting complimenting us on the condition and appearance of it putting much of our concern at ease. Sign of a professional that really cared about us. She made some suggestions about staging for photo's but kept it simple and the photographer was great! Barb answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was VERY supportive of the effort we put into readying our home for market. Barb and her team did a great job in helping us sell our house! They were very professional,yet friendly,and extremely easy to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell quickly and easily!
Barb was excellent in providing several homes for us to look at and was flexible with scheduling and communicative on home availability. The one instance she wasn't able to attend, she ensured we had another agent from her firm to show us homes we wanted to look at.
