“They have worked on both of our houses. Our first house just needed the gutters replaced because they were old. They did an outstanding job of replacing them. They were fast, affordable, professional, and extremely nice and polite Our new house had this "water deflection" system that didn't deflect water, it just pooled up everywhere. They replaced this failed system with good, old fashioned gutters. Again they were fast, affordable, professional, and polite. So they have worked on both of our houses and did amazing work. Would recommend highly.“

They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! “We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage! After examining our roof for hail damage, they also found other problems from the original roofers and came out with a crew right away to get it fixed. The crew was punctual and very hard-working, completed the roof in less than 6 hours. They also did a fantastic job of cleanup which is something we were worried about for our dogs.
