After a hail storm in the area, a Five Star team member came through the neighborhood and offered to check the roofs to let homeowners be aware if there was damage. He took pictures and sent them to me and explained the process of contacting my insurance etc.I had no idea there was even any damage done so that was an awesome service. Since I have never had to make any house insurance claim I appreciated the time he took to explain what I could expect. Five Stars team was never pushy, but did check in to see how things were going.
