“We've been putting off doing siding because we just didn't know who to trust with such a big investment. I've seen Tri-County Enterprises signs in neighbor yards, so I called and had them give us an estimate. From the minute I met salesman Tom, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to make a commitment and answered follow-up questions I had. Months passed, and we finally pulled the trigger. Coming into fall, I wasn't expecting to be able to get siding done until spring, but low and behold, the call came they could start in a week! Someone showing up when they say they will is a huge deal to us, so come Monday morning at 6:30 am, the dumpster arrived just as they said! Shortly after, all materials arrived, and work commenced! In just two short days, our 2-story house was complete. Granted, the crews can't help the noise they make hammering and sawing, but I was very appreciative there was no loud music playing or loud talking when we both work from home. The crew picked up after themselves and were always friendly when I'd come out to take a peak at progress. Supervisor Damon answered my many, many questions, and it was nice to have someone hands on at the job site daily. We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our house!! We feel confident we made a great choice in contractors who made us feel appreciated, took care of our property, and paid close attention to detail. “We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! “After a hail storm in the area, a Five Star team member came through the neighborhood and offered to check the roofs to let homeowners be aware if there was damage. He took pictures and sent them to me and explained the process of contacting my insurance etc.I had no idea there was even any damage done so that was an awesome service. Since I have never had to make any house insurance claim I appreciated the time he took to explain what I could expect. Five Stars team was never pushy, but did check in to see how things were going. When I finally got all things set up, they were flexible to meeting with me about the next steps as I was in an extremely busy time at work and had to reschedule a couple of times. Very pleasant people to work with. The roof work was done in a single day and they arranged everything for the gutter work to be done a couple weeks later. I visited the office to make the final payment and they were very kind and helpful—they treat you as a part of the family. The material and lifetime guarantee on the roof gives peace of mind.
