We've been putting off doing siding because we just didn't know who to trust with such a big investment. I've seen Tri-County Enterprises signs in neighbor yards, so I called and had them give us an estimate. From the minute I met salesman Tom, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to make a commitment and answered follow-up questions I had. Months passed, and we finally pulled the trigger. I am the president of an HOA in Marion Iowa consisting of 25 duplexes. In Apri of 2023 we had hail damage to our complex. 14 buildings needed to be reroofed and 35 total units had some repairs including, siding, soffit, facia and roof vents. The total claim was over $575,000.00. Tricounty completed the entire project in 3 weeks with a crew on the site every day. There was also a job site supervisor there all day every day. Great company to use! I had my roof replaced, new siding, soffits, and gutters. They had a great crew for the roof and Wayne and his crew did a great job on the siding. The prices were very competitive too.Services: Roof installation
