“Having built twice, and having had to have repairs before that, Dorrian Heating and Cooling was great to work with.

The entire house is comfortable, but when the house was newly constructed we were having issues with one bedroom being extra cold.

These guys didn’t stop until they found the root of the problem and fixed it right. For us, the return air cavity had been insulated, Dorrian Heating and Cooling found and fixed the issue.

“Royce went above and beyond. My water heater got tripped over the weekend and Royce was out Monday afternoon. He explained what happened and what I can do in the future to avoid a service charge for a simple fix. He then asked me if I had any other concerns. I told him my bathroom leaks into my basement. He throughly examined and explained why that was happening. He then gave me options of remodeling the bathroom, and gave me tips how I could replace my toilet on my own. A wonderful being, and not a greedy one.

His manager Derrek followed up with reasonable payment plans and low interest rates. Derrek even knocked almost $200 off the remodel cost since his crew needed work.
