We needed an exterior door put into our mudroom and John was recommended by a family friend. “We were referred to Paul with R&P Construction from another local contractor back in February. I requested a quote from Paul by phone to replace our wooden soffitt (DIY by the previous homeowner...) with aluminum. He called me and texted me to let me know he got my message, and he emailed me the quote within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and great at communicating (which I love from any contractor!!). They were able to come today (4/21/2020) and do the work. He had a few guys with him and they replaced our soffit within two hours of arriving. It looks incredible!! SUCH an improvement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and Paul was very kind to speak with. I hope we get to hire them again for other projects in the future! Would definitely recommend to others.“

They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! The project manager kept us posted and the crew were very friendly as well as doing a wonderful job! Hopefully we won't need any repairs in the future, but if we don't we will be calling DIVISION 7! “We worked with Seth Heeren on an insurance claim from a storm that damaged our roof siding and gutters basically the entire exterior of the house insurance fought with me for months not trying to pay for it Seth went to war with them for us for at least 5-6 months relentlessly calling emailing doing anything he could to get our home repaired in the end he got us everything we needed and some above and beyond is an understatement for the work he put in to get us what we were owed without his help I would probably still be fighting with insurance our home is fixed and looks 1000x better than before we are forever grateful for his efforts as most people would have most likely given up and moved on he didn't he treated our home as if it was his own and made sure everything was better than before the damage! “Overdue review. I had Baker Pro replace a beam under my deck in April of 2024. They came out the same day I called to look at what needed to be done and had an estimate to me within a couple days. They did the work as soon as it stopped raining and I'm very satisfied. The cost was about 50% more than I hoped for which means it was very reasonable because I usually end up paying 100% more than I hoped when I have other vendors repair things in my house.“
