The professionalism and subsequent results were outstanding. The price I paid was $350 for a 750 sq ft condo dryer vent clearing service. They found a birds nest and a few other things they were able to resolve. We had a ground unit where the vent went out at ground level. Although we found its a bit expensive, the timeliness and quality was easily worth it. Thanks guys!“

“My dryer wasn't drying clothes as it should. Clothes still felt damp after a cycle. I consulted with an appliance repair company thinking my dryer must be broken. The tech asked a few questions and said it's not the dryer, your dryer vent probably needs to be cleaned. I had no idea it should be cleaned annually to clear out all the junk (lint) and prevent a fire! So I requested a quote on Yelp and some companies responded that their first available appointment wasn't for a few weeks. I called Hawaii Indoor Air Specialist and Dolores said she'd see what she could do to get me a sooner appointment. Dolores was so warm and so helpful! She called me back that same day and said one of the tech could fit me in the very next day after he finished another job!! Wow, terrific news!! The tech Adam called me when he was on his way. He was timely, professional and explained what he was doing. Before he left he cleaned the area and made sure my dryer was working and the air was moving through the vent. I paid $164 which to me was worth every cent to protect my house from a fire!!! Great job.“

“We recently returned to the island and moved back into our townhome. Unfortunately the 2.5 ton AC unit wasn’t working properly so I started requesting service. The first company did a fair free assessment but didn’t carry the older R22 refrigerant and provided some quotes on replacing this aging unit. He also couldn’t isolate the leak but said the system was low which is a sign of leakage. When APB arrived the tech confirmed the drop in refrigerant and inspected the system in the ceiling. He didn’t find the leak there so he went back to diagnosing the compressor. After some further analysis he found it and had R22 on hand for recharging the system. As you can see the system is aging but APB was able to buy us time and provided a verbal quote for consideration. A+ service and professionalism with no upselling. And a special thanks to our tech who answered all of my curious questions. Apologies I don’t recall his name.“

“Airpro did a great job with cleaning the trash chute for our condo building. They were very professional and also left the work area clean before leaving.Great communication, showed up on time, and even followed up after to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue when a sprinkler head in the trash chute was accidently broken during the cleaning process, but they immediately shut it off, cleaned up, and replaced the sprinkler head all within the estimated time for the job. Give them credit for not blaming issues on other things or someone else and just took care of the situation. Hard to find these days!Definitely would recommend and contract them again for future duct or trash chute cleaning needs.“
