The professionalism and subsequent results were outstanding. The price I paid was $350 for a 750 sq ft condo dryer vent clearing service. They found a birds nest and a few other things they were able to resolve. We had a ground unit where the vent went out at ground level. “After 10 years my old central AC failed. The previous company I used for maintenance never mentioned anything about the severity of the rust on the old unit or the problems that could arise. I now had to research ac units, find a reputable company that was also recommended by the Hawai'i Energy website, and sort through multiple quotes which would fit in my budget. Pristine was one of the companies that I came across. They had excellent Yelp reviews and was one of the top rated companies on Hawai'i Energy. A quote was requested and Leiann made the process very easy. Billy came out and gave an in depth explanation of the work needed and recommendations for a unit. After all my research I decided to purchase a Trane unit. Leiann provided a quote which I felt was more than fair. Due to the large investment I was making, I asked for a second quote for the top of the line Trane unit. The second quote was of course higher, but I still felt it was a fair price for the unit I asked for. I went through many quotes from other businesses as well and most were in the same ballpark for comparable units. Some quotes I received were for basic units for a higher overall price than the top of the line Trane unit I was interested in. Pristine stood out due to Leiann providing the best service out of everyone to address my needs, concerns and choice of unit brand. I decided to give Pristine my business and the new unit was scheduled to be installed. The installation date was a while out but Billy and crew arrived on time. It was only a few hours before the old unit was removed and the new unit was installed. It's been over a week and the new unit functions exceptionally well. Leiann was with me all the way to explain everything and answer any of the numerous questions I had. Her response time was very prompt, professional, and courteous, both through emails and phone calls. I had a great experience using Pristine and have booked all my future ac maintenance through them as well. Central ac replacement is a huge expense and I suggest you do your research and shop around. If you decide to give Pristine your business, I highly doubt you will be disappointed.“

Those are the two qualities you want on the hottest day of the year when your Mitsubishi split-AC goes out due to geckos making a nest inside. The Fuse tech was on time and communicated clearly. We were given some options and he stayed late to finish the job in one session. Now it’s nice and cool. And at a good price too!“

“By far the best service I have had in a long time. Having an AC system means annual cleanings...most of the time the service is hastily done. RMI not only did an excellent job, they notified me that I could get a rebate, which they would file on my behalf. Most AC companies won't even offer you the rebate because it is a lot of paperwork for them. Also, a previous AC cleaning company broke my cover and I didn't realize it until I cleaned my screens, they offered to notify me when someone removes their old AC in my model, so I could replace the broken cover...since it isn't sold anymore. “I've used C&C more than once. The first time they repaired three of my jacks. Two floor jacks and one tire jack. One of the floor jacks was purchased from JC Penny's in the mid 70s. They replaced the seals the the jack works as good as new. During this last visit my jack needed the main unit replaced. They ordered the unit and replaced it. I only had to pay for the part and the shipping. The part was replaced at no cost. Thank you for outstanding customer service and your dedication of fixing unserviceable jacks. It was a big contrast with the previous office space i leased where the tenants and repairs were clearly not a priority for the property manager.“

He even made a special trip to inspect my water heater which I thought was not functioning well. It turned out the way electricity heats up is different from the solar water heater and I needed to understand a different system. He even had prudent suggestions about the water and pressure valves someone recommended so I don't need to install things I don't really need. I was so grateful for his professional advice and his kindness. Eventually the old hot water tank needs to be replaced, but when the time comes thanks to Kevin, I have a good plan to take care of it. This is one company I can trust to do honest work for a fair price.“

Last year my split system AC started to leak on the inside of our house, and finally after 27 years she no longer worked

I researched best brands, models and companies before reaching out to APB construction. Out of all the yelp and google reviews this one stood out to me. I inquired to get a quote and received a call same day to go over pricing. The call was the perfect balance of inquiry, salesman ship but most importantly true aloha spirit. I got other quotes all similar in pricing but didn't have the same experience I did with my initial quote call. Because of the customer experience I chose this company.

I reached out to inquire about scheduling an install and the hard part was done for me, this company truly made the whole process seem less. They removed my old system and quickly installed my new one all in the same day. We had gone without the AC for a few months and it was so nice to finally be cooling off the house.

“A/C Warehouse has all your air conditioning needs. I found out about this place from my uncle because one of the remotes for the AC units stopped working a few years ago. He recommended that I go and buy a new one from this place in Kakaako. Fast forward to now, well, more like September. A different remote malfunctioned so I came back to get a new one. The entrance is on Coral Street and there is street parking near the warehouse. They are currently not letting anyone inside. When you walk up to the entrance, a staff member will come out to assist you. If you're coming for supplies, make sure you have the AC unit's model number. For my remote, I brought the broken one and that didn't help. It's better to call them first to see if the item(s) you need are in stock before driving over there.“
