“Airpro did a great job with cleaning the trash chute for our condo building. They were very professional and also left the work area clean before leaving.Great communication, showed up on time, and even followed up after to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue when a sprinkler head in the trash chute was accidently broken during the cleaning process, but they immediately shut it off, cleaned up, and replaced the sprinkler head all within the estimated time for the job. Give them credit for not blaming issues on other things or someone else and just took care of the situation. Hard to find these days!Definitely would recommend and contract them again for future duct or trash chute cleaning needs.“

“Serviced three air conditioners (split systems) and as usual were quick and efficient. Gave a rundown on how the units were running and what potential needs may be upcoming. Like anything else, gotta maintain them to keep them running well, which includes repairs and maintenance when necessary. The units are about 10 years old and they're still running well thanks to Air Masters regular servicing.“

“Romney came out to evaluate my moms a/c unit which was her 2nd one since 1970. We discovered a leak in her hallway and had someone else look at it and was misinformed. Romney spend several hours troubleshooting and said he could do a band aid fix but said it would be best to replace her current system as we would encounter the same problem. After several hours of his time he refused to charge my Mom as he said " I didn't fix anything " He and his staff rolled in and within 3 days removed and replaced her a/c. It's so quiet, runs so efficiently that we have he temperature higher as it cools her home so quickly Romney and his staff arrived on time, and were impeccable We highly recommend them and can tell you that you will be very impressed. Please don't hesitate to see for yourself“

“I've used RMI for HVAC maintenance service for over a decade, but recently I had an urgent problem when we were resurfacing our lanai and had to move the freon and electrical lines for the a/c. The other guys weren't qualified to do that, so I called RMI and explained it was kinda urgent because the other project couldn't proceed until the lines were moved.This was in August, which is busy season for HVAC companies, but since all their technicians were busy, the owner Randy came out himself on a hot afternoon to move the lines and do some simple rewiring. This was all done on a short 4 hour notice, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg - it was very reasonable.RMI really did me a solid on this one, and their regular maintenance service (every 12-18 months) has been excellent as well. I can highly recommend RMI both for their competence as well as their aloha. Two big thumbs up, and 5 stars. Mahalo, RMI!“

Given that I live out-of-state, Kammie (Estimator & VP) was kind enough to accommodate a virtual walk through, as well as provide her recommendations for the project. From my initial inquiry call to when the project was completed, Chris (Admin Coordinator) kept us fully informed regarding the project timeline, State's rebate program, as well as other logistical coordination.Post completion, I had called my Uncle to check how things went. His exact words were, "A-okay! I would highly recommend this company! They REALLY did a good job. They put everything back where it belonged and took away all their rubbish. “A little late, but need to relay what a great job Kevin and his crew did installing my four units in one day. They were on time, neat and even took care of my old window A/C that was sitting out for pickup. Kevin was very informative during his initial visit and provided an excellent quote compared to his competition. Units are working great a few months since installation.
