I also appreciated that they took into consideration the money I had just paid for the Daikin repair services towards the new Fujitsu unit. That helped a lot. “My dryer wasn't drying clothes as it should. Clothes still felt damp after a cycle. I consulted with an appliance repair company thinking my dryer must be broken. The tech asked a few questions and said it's not the dryer, your dryer vent probably needs to be cleaned. I had no idea it should be cleaned annually to clear out all the junk (lint) and prevent a fire! So I requested a quote on Yelp and some companies responded that their first available appointment wasn't for a few weeks. I called Hawaii Indoor Air Specialist and Dolores said she'd see what she could do to get me a sooner appointment. Dolores was so warm and so helpful! She called me back that same day and said one of the tech could fit me in the very next day after he finished another job!! Wow, terrific news!! The tech Adam called me when he was on his way. He was timely, professional and explained what he was doing. Before he left he cleaned the area and made sure my dryer was working and the air was moving through the vent. I paid $164 which to me was worth every cent to protect my house from a fire!!! Great job.“

“Airpro did a great job with cleaning the trash chute for our condo building. They were very professional and also left the work area clean before leaving.Great communication, showed up on time, and even followed up after to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was an issue when a sprinkler head in the trash chute was accidently broken during the cleaning process, but they immediately shut it off, cleaned up, and replaced the sprinkler head all within the estimated time for the job. Give them credit for not blaming issues on other things or someone else and just took care of the situation. Hard to find these days!Definitely would recommend and contract them again for future duct or trash chute cleaning needs.“

“I've used RMI for HVAC maintenance service for over a decade, but recently I had an urgent problem when we were resurfacing our lanai and had to move the freon and electrical lines for the a/c. The other guys weren't qualified to do that, so I called RMI and explained it was kinda urgent because the other project couldn't proceed until the lines were moved.This was in August, which is busy season for HVAC companies, but since all their technicians were busy, the owner Randy came out himself on a hot afternoon to move the lines and do some simple rewiring. This was all done on a short 4 hour notice, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg - it was very reasonable.RMI really did me a solid on this one, and their regular maintenance service (every 12-18 months) has been excellent as well. I can highly recommend RMI both for their competence as well as their aloha. Two big thumbs up, and 5 stars. Mahalo, RMI!“

“Karl at Cunningham was able to give me an estimate and service within a sensible time frame that completely resolved my issue with our dryer vent. The professionalism and subsequent results were outstanding. The price I paid was $350 for a 750 sq ft condo dryer vent clearing service. They found a birds nest and a few other things they were able to resolve. We had a ground unit where the vent went out at ground level. Although we found its a bit expensive, the timeliness and quality was easily worth it. Thanks guys!“
