“Wayne and his team did an excellent job on our home! Wayne knew exactly what we wanted and has very high standards for his work. His team changed the floors in our bathroom, added subway tile and TNG to our kitchen, covered our refrigerator in panel with an added cabinet above it, put TNG in the wall of our entertainment center, and installed new toilets, cabinets, and shower trim. His team also fixed up some DIY work from the previous owner, making the house look nice and polished. Wayne also worked hard to locate the model of our shower faucet so we could replace it, as well as find a close match to our kitchen cabinet so that it all blended together. Highly recommend.“
“LG Construction did a total remodel, which included a new floorpan, new rooflines, creating a subfloor from different levels and concrete and wood foundation, etc., and the end-result was fantastic! It was a challenging project due to being an old original house, but owner Chi, and Shen were always steadfast and achieved the desired outcomes. The LG job cost was most cost competitive, and are dependable and trustworthy. Also, the tile work by Chi's brother is 5 star quality and very impressive. “I can honestly say that from start to finish Vardit Hacmon has been working with me to get my bathroom remodeled the way I wanted it in a timely manner. As we all know sometimes things don’t go the way we hope, like ordering a bathtub it arrives a day later and the drain pipes are rigged wrong. Vardit consulted me of the situation with options, gets my ok to order another the same day and boom we back in business for installation. I really think Vardit was more concerned about finishing this project on time than I was. She was always calling to make sure there was no problem with completing this job. Did I mention her workers? The measurements made beforehand were spot on, so everything fit well--that's a good thing because the openings are hollow tile.
