“LG Construction did a total remodel, which included a new floorpan, new rooflines, creating a subfloor from different levels and concrete and wood foundation, etc., and the end-result was fantastic! It was a challenging project due to being an old original house, but owner Chi, and Shen were always steadfast and achieved the desired outcomes. The LG job cost was most cost competitive, and are dependable and trustworthy. Also, the tile work by Chi's brother is 5 star quality and very impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending LG Construction for your remodel, big or small. I've also had the pleasure of working with LG on various condo projects, and the work is always top-rate. “I can honestly say that from start to finish Vardit Hacmon has been working with me to get my bathroom remodeled the way I wanted it in a timely manner. As we all know sometimes things don’t go the way we hope, like ordering a bathtub it arrives a day later and the drain pipes are rigged wrong. Vardit consulted me of the situation with options, gets my ok to order another the same day and boom we back in business for installation. I really think Vardit was more concerned about finishing this project on time than I was. She was always calling to make sure there was no problem with completing this job. Did I mention her workers?
