Home renovations are never easy; even when you think you've prepared for every possibility, there always will be those unforeseen events that manage to arise. Despite the many challenges we faced, Kokua Construction helped us every second of the way and even made the entire ordeal way easier than we had anticipated. This is our second time utilizing their services and once again their amazing team blew our expectations out of the water. Their craftsmanship is a marvel in itself; the amount of detail, precision, and care that they put into their work really speaks volumes. Nicky & Danny at Kokua construction have my highest possible recommendation. We own a 40 year old house in Kapolei needs major improvements and decided to remodel the entire house plus build a second floor. After meeting with them, we felt comfortable putting the job in their hands, and we couldn't have made a better decision. A renovation turned in to many months of work and a major remodel due to keeping adding unforeseen jobs. Danny from Kokua Construction evaluated the project I had in mind. He explained that because I live in a condo, it would be very, very complicated and also very, very expensive. Based on his input, I've decided to reevaluate whether I really want to make such a major investment, but if I decide to do it, I will definitely choose Kokua to do the work.
